Hello world!

Well… Wow, first post.  “Hello world” is a great name for a first post to a new site as it is the first program you usually learn to write and execute when learning to write code as a young and fresh programmer.  Like the first include statement, the first brush stroke or the “Once upon a time”, all undertakings need to start somewhere.
